• ADOBE OPEN SCREEN PROJECT

  
  
  Luxurious Animals afforded me the opportunity to work with a highly talented and motivated team on a high level project for Adobe's Open Screen Project. As Adobe says, "The Open Screen Project is an industry-wide initiative, led by Adobe with the participation of industry leaders, with one clear vision: enable consumers to engage with rich Internet experiences seamlessly across any device, anywhere." I was responsible for animating the mobile phone menus.

  This reel showcases the Next Generation Online Experience for EMC. The reel hits on the benefits to the future platform and was used at trade shows to demo the platform for EMC users.

  BeTheBetterMan.com is an idea that started between Seth Klassen and myself. We teamed up with a talented group of people to make the site come to fruition. I have been responsible for functionality concepts, building relationships with clients, extending and maintaining the BTBM brand across multiple social networks. Developing business relationships. I also have been engaged in creating content to populate the site.

• THE WESTIN EXPERIENCE

  
  
  The Westin Experience site combined several different experiences that guests of the Westin hotels would find during their stays. I was responsible for the intro animation, heavenly bath experience, sensory exploration experience and the deep exhale experience. I worked closely with the senior developer to ensure that all of the experiences worked well within the framework of the site. I also provided assistance in porting some experiences to rich media banner ads.

  Razorfish wanted to put together a collection of their automotive work as a company. I was tasted with the job of editing the reel, choosing and editing the music, and collecting all assets.

• THE CAPITAL ONE BANK OF THE FUTURE

  
  
  The CapitalOne Bank of the Future was a pitch to show what banking could be like in 2015. The project looked at different technologies that could be brought into bank branches as well as other different outlets such as retail spaces. The interaction between customer and banker will become more customer-centric and allow the individual to take control of their money in ways never thought possible. I was tasked with animating the ITM (an ATM with added functionality). I also animated an interaction between a teller and a customer that involves a Microsoft Surface interface.

  EricMayville.com | I think you're pretty... was my first published portfolio on the net. It was created in May of 2007, just prior to my graduation from Ohio University. I wanted to convey a little bit about my personality so I used some vibrant colors and simple animations that would give the site a fun feeling as well as showcase my abilities and collection of work in the best way possible.

• HONDA ODDYSSEY MINISITE

  
  
  The Honda Odyssey minisite was a campaign hosted on iVillage to promote the new minivan. I designed, developed and animated this project from start to finish. This was my first use of SWFAddress for deeplinking in Flash.

  The AARF demoreel needed to be re-cut for a pitch and I was tasked to do so. I edited the song down to fit the new cut as well as added content pertaining to the client that the pitch targeted.

Jarren Vink, a good friend and commercial photographer based in New York City, approcahed me to create a visual brand and website for him. Jarren and I became friends and colleagues over the course of our years at Ohio University and this gave me great insight into who he was with and without his camera. I designed Jarren's logo, site and even helped with a hard copy printed portfolio.
