I try to stay active with projects across different hobbies. This really helps keep me well rounded in everything that I do with work, play and my relationships.
Cooking
One of the best things in life is eating a great meal, the only thing better is being the one responsible for putting that meal on the plate. I've picked up some methods over the years that work for me and until I can retire and do an apprenticeship under Frank Prisinzano I'll be doing things my way.
Northridge Sandwiches
The sandwich is the perfect vehicle to deliver a meal. That is fact. A great sandwich needs impeccable balance and ratio between bread, filling, sauces, textures, etc. The science of making sandwiches inspired me to one day open my own sandwich shop starting in the Hudson Valley and expanding from there.
Home/away Golf Club
Golf is a big passion of mine and something I continually struggle to get better at. One of the best parts of golf is the competitive nature of the sport. In my downtime I've been working on an easy way to host and compete in home/away matches with golf clubs around the world. Keep an eye out in 2018.

Science-fiction has inspired me since I was a kid. From Star Trek to Battlestar Galactica it's impossible to not dream about what the future holds for us. I've had a story in my mind that has been brewing for years and along with all of the other projects going on will work its way to completion soon.
